I now work at Microsoft where I am continuing as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, following it’s acquisition of Xandr, Inc from AT&T
The acquistion was earlier announced in December 2021 after I had just started paternity leave.
Very excited at the outcome for my colleagues at Xandr following what seemed like a misadventure for several years at AT&T.

Costs & challenges of pair-programming
In my prior blog post about pair-programming, I introduced the concept and explained why Jama Software adopted it as a practice in our engineering group. While we have seen many benefits from pair-programming, the practice may not be appropriate for every organization or team, and also does not come without costs and challenges.
